At Mobley Home Inspections, we have designed and developed the Two-Pass HomeInspection Processand our Hybrid Report System to:

With our Two-Pass Home Inspection Process, your time commitment for the actual inspection is kept to a minimum.  We ask only the time actually needed for you to discuss the findings of the inspection with your inspector.

On the First Pass, your inspector goes through the home gathering the information that will be reflected you your Home Inspection Report.  This generally takes about three hours or more.  Larger homes take more time.  There’s no need for you to wait around while your inspector gathers this information.  This enables you to utilize your valuable time doing what you need and want to do.

If you want to be on site during the First Pass, you are welcome to be there.  We only ask, if your schedule permits, for you to join your inspector on site after the First Pass is completed for the Second Pass.  On the Second Pass, you discuss the findings of your Home Inspection with your inspector.
