Statute of Limitations: You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action brought by you arising out of or related to the use of the Services, including accessing this Web Site, or any Information must be filed within one hundred and eighty (180) days after such claim or cause of action arises, or be forever barred.
